All The Gear, No Idea
Discover the Joy of Quilting
Beginners Course
Embark on a monthly quilting journey: build skills, create art, and connect with fellow quilters!
Escape the distractions of home and join us for a fantastic opportunity to learn new patchwork techniques or enhance existing ones. In my beginner-friendly course, I introduce you to the wonderful world of Quilt As You Go (QAYG) method. With QAYG, each block is quilted individually before being joined together, making it an excellent approach for beginner quilters and those with smaller domestic sewing machines.
Handpick your preferred fabrics and colours, then masterfully piece them together into a stunning work of art, all while receiving guidance and support from an experienced teacher. Immerse yourself in a supportive atmosphere where you can socialise, exchange ideas, and forge lasting friendships with like-minded quilters. Join us today to start your quilting adventure and discover the joy of creating beautiful quilts, one block at a time!
Hi, I’m Zoe. My love of patchwork and quilting began when I was a teenager, watching my Mum create stunning quilts using traditional techniques passed down through generations. As I grew older, I became more interested in the craft myself, and began experimenting with different patterns, fabrics, and techniques.

I am a teacher with over 18 years experience and I’ve taught Patchwork and Quilting in person and online for the last 5 years. My work has been featured on Create and Craft, Hochanda, Crafter’s TV, Sew Inspired magazine and more recently the US online magazine We Like Sewing.

Today, I am proud to share my passion for quilting with others and am here to help you create the perfect quilt.
Zoe is very patient and helps everyone to achieve a finished quilt they can be proud of.

FAQs
Can I attend on my own?
That's no problem, by the end on the first class we will feel like we have known each other for ages.
What if I work too slowly?
You work at your own pace. I am just at the end of an email if you need support after the session has finished. And use the video tutorials to remind yourself of the techniques.
What if I don't have my own equipment?
Don't worry, I have some equipment that can be used in the sessions and I will provide a suggested equipment list for when you are ready to invest in your own.
