What will I learn?

You will learn to make pockets to hold your Advent treats, make a Christmas/winter scene in fabric patches and applique it to your background fabric, quilt your bespoke Advent Calendar and insert dowelling and ribbon to hang it.

What do I need to bring to the workshop?

You will need:

• a supply of lovely fabric and wadding  (full requirements will be sent out after you book on)
• your cutting equipment - rotary cutter, mat and ruler
• your own sewing machine and manual
• a travel iron and ironing mat
• your sewing kit - scissors, thread, bobbins etc
• your lunch (tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided throughout the day)

You can purchase an accessories pack when booking that includes: 30 small pegs, card of Advent numbers, 0.5m fusible adhesive, applique netting, 40cm dowel and 0.6m ribbon.

How much is the workshop?

It is £35 for the day.

The accessories pack is £6.
