Any intermediate quilter or confident beginner who has sewing experience can make this ~74” x 52” quilt.

When is the workshop?

Saturday 16th September 2023

What will I learn?

You will learn to piece Half Log Cabin blocks in a round, add sashing and arrange them in a meandering pattern before adding borders with small cornerstones.

What do I need to bring to the workshop?

You will need:

• a supply of lovely fabric (full requirements will be sent out after you book on)
• your cutting equipment - rotary cutter, mat and ruler
• your own sewing machine and manual
• a travel iron and ironing mat
• your sewing kit - scissors, thread, bobbins etc
• your lunch (tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided throughout the day)

How much is the workshop?

It is £35 for the day.

What do I need to do before the workshop?

Save your space by booking on.

It would be great if you could cut out some of the fabric before the first day (instructions will be provided) but if you don't feel confident doing this I will support you in the morning.
