Spring Quilt Workshop

Is this workshop for me?

Any intermediate quilter or confident beginner who has sewing experience can make this ~50" x 50" quilt.

What will I learn over the two days?

On day one you will learn to stitch the basic units to make the quilt blocks and start to piece them together to make the quilt top.

On day two you will learn how to add borders and machine quilt before squaring up and adding the binding.

What do I need to bring to the workshop?

You will need:

• a supply of lovely fabric and wadding (full requirements will be sent out after you book on)
• your cutting equipment - rotary cutter, mat and ruler
• your own sewing machine and manual
• a travel iron and ironing mat
• your sewing kit - scissors, thread, bobbins etc
• your lunch (tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided throughout the day)

How much is the workshop?

It is £60 for the two days.

What do I need to do before the workshop?

Save your space by booking on.

It would be great if you could cut out some of the fabric before the first day (instructions will be provided) but if you don't feel confident doing this I will support you on the first morning.
